This past weekend I completed my first beginners triathlon. I ended up beating the time I set for myself, which I was so pleased about. We went down to St. George for the weekend and two of my good friends, April and Liz did it with me. It was so fun having my friends there and cheering each other on. I had a blast and can't wait to do it again.

Way to go Amy!! Jett talked to Ben on your way down and I have been waiting to hear. That is such a great accomplishment, you should be so proud. Pretty sure I'd pass out just walking to the start line ha ha!! Please come over and see the baby anytime we'd love to catch up with you guys.

I had no idea you were into tri's. I love doing them in fact I am doing the same tri on nov. 15th at the same place. This is my 9th tri in the sprint distance and they are addicting. My next goal is an olympic distance. You will have to do the Summer Games next year. It is my favorite. Please let me know when you do them and I will join you. I could only get Joe to do 3 of them but I think he stopped since I beat him each time. he he!! Congrats on the tri, it is definately an awesome accomplishment!
I don't know why I didn't hear about this last night. I am way impressed. I have wanted to do a tri-athalon for quite some time, but I am a little nervous about the training and stuff. Way to go. Also, I had a lot of fun with you guys last night. You are a very funny girl!
